Mala's Wardrobe ...... Bling Bling

Just finished 2 dress of Mala.  She got her promotion and will be reporting duty in MINDEF on the 15th of Sept.  So I have to finish this dress by then.  Anyway I managed to finish it before that and just hand it over to her.  Hope she likes it.  All the best to you Mala in your new place.

De' Hari Raya Bling

Just finish beading Kak Nun's daughters dress.  My favourite color with beautiful embroidery on it.  I just have to touch-up with beads on it.  I know Kak Nun don't like sequins so I used flower cup of 2 different sizes and leaf beads on it.  She has given me the budget for it, so I have to be careful and cannot use stones which will cost more.  The cost of beads has increased.  Earlier I can buy floral stones 10pc for RM1.90 now it cost RM2.50.

Crumbling With Pepari

Last saturday, saya menghadiri kelas crumble advance oleh Umi pepari di rumah beliau di Puchong.  Contact was given to me by Mira Manik.  First time meeting the designer of Pepari.  Got a very warm welcome from her.  Such a nice lady.  Apparently, she is waiting for her bundle of joy.  Dah sarat tapi aktif sungguh nak buat kelas.  Sembang punya sembang dengan Umi, rupa-rupanya she is the designer beading baju SUB saya.... Puan Hawa !!!!  I use to admire the beading on her baju kurung.  I use to tell my boss..... cantiknya design, very unique.  How I wish I could stitch like that.  The world is small, dapat saya jumpa dengan Umi dan belajar crumble dari beliau.  Ada jodohlah kita ye Umi ........ 

Sebelum ini saya dah hadir kelas Noramanik, so taklah susah sangat nak ikut kelas Umi.  Tapi bling, bling juga I dalam kelas Umi.  Penat sikit nak fikir color-color beads yang nak digunakan.  I kan perfectionist..... susun, teratur dan kemas......   kuangkuangkuang..... angkat bakul sendiri. 

This is my work,  jangan ketawa tau.  Saya nak habiskan bead yang Umi bagi itu, so saya tambah-tambah ikut suka hati I.  Huhuhuhu.....................  Lepas itu inilah rupa master piece saya !!!!!

Back home, buat homework siapkan master piece.  Inilah rupa

bila dah siap.  Macam map Indonesia.  Itu yang tambah ekor kat

hujung design crumble.  Suka sangat buat yang pelik-pelik!!!

First time I jahit filigree.  Maklumlah kita kan dalam

kajian perintis.

Nanti saya bawa master piece ini kat Umi untuk dimarkahkan.

Excellent Service Award MOH

On the 6th of July 2011 rehearsal held for the receipients of Excellent Service Award Ministry of Health at Putrajaya Convention Centre Putrajaya.  Actual ceremony was on the 7th July 2011.  The award was presented by the Minister of Health and the Secretary General of Ministry of Health.  It was a grand affair.  Well organised.  Thumbs-up to the organising team.  Keep it up!!!

de' Dazzling Green

Latest  beading  design on my Baju Kurung Pahang.  It took almost one month to complete it.  Coz' I was busy with ISO as an internal auditor, meetings & Ceramah's to attend.  Finally I complete it.  My sifu Puan Nora like it very much when I showed it to her.  My office colleagues liked the green and silver combination. 

 


The dress was worn on the farewell lunch given for Nadia
 and the gang at Pizza Hut Alamanda, Putrajaya.

Early morning as we arrived at Block E7, we felt tremor in the office.  We were asked to leave the building by the security officer immediately and gather at the open car park.  As we were waiting for further instructions, we decided to take this opportunity to pose and take some shots for remembrance.
